-Exceptional Location-in the heart of city with centralized access to sites, restaurants and shopping by walking or public transport and car service. -Great clean room with comfortable bed, awesome shower and cool layout. -Restaurant and cafe convenience and good food and drinks. Friendly staff!

The hotel was just...fine. The bed was comfortable, the toiletry items that were supplied were nice. The gentleman at the front desk that checked me in was informative. The items in the mini bar are reasonably priced compared to other hotels.

Don't fall for this trick that has breakfast included. It's a lie. You have breakfast every day because you think you have the right to, then they deduct an absurd amount of breakfast from your card. When you ask, they say through booking messages that you are entitled to only 20 dollars per day and no one tells you anything about this when you arrive at the hotel. Total nonsense, they deducted almost 100 dollars for breakfast from my card. And the wrong charge still came on the card, they said they would refund 40 dollars, they only refunded 20 dollars and I've been stuck for 1 month and a half. Total lack of respect for the customer and honesty from the hotel.

It is situated in a fantastic location, the hotel has been upgraded and is spotlessly clean, the bed is very comfortable, and there is a lively atmosphere, especially on Sunday nights with the rooftop bar.

Loved the room setup - basically the bathroom area is more like a dressing room that you enter into first when you walk through the hotel room door. And then you come upon sliding double doors separating the dressing room from the actual sleeping area. So it makes the space quiet and you can't hear folks in the hallway since there's 2 sets of doors separating the bed and the hall. So the shower, toilet, and sinks are separate spaces within that dressing room area. That makes it great for sharing the space with another person as one can shower with privacy for example while the other person is using the sink or the toilet. And the bed has this unusual corner piece that makes your intimate area more....interesting!

Everything was beautiful! We absolutely love the hotel. The decor, color schemes, rooftop view. They offer amazing hospitality making our 16 year anniversary special. Left us complimentary champagne and a thoughtful note.
